A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Paediatric Anaesthetic Registrar/Fellows to work in an exceptional independent private hospital next to Central London. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providersThis is one of the UKs largest independent charitable hospitals. training grade doctor who is able to demonstrate their paediatric experience**Key Responsibilities Will Include Provide a high: quality elective and emergency anaesthetic service Engage in clinical governance activities such as critical incident reporting, attend morbidity and mortality meetings, perform audit, and participate in any mandatory training deemed necessary Actively engage in the teaching and training of other members of the anaesthetic department and hospital staff Engage with quality improvement activity Perform additional management and administrative tasks as deemed appropriate to the positionThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

Post FRCA stage 2 or 3 trainees, who have completed stage 2 paediatric competencies or Non HEE trainee who has completed FRCA and competencies Commitment to support hospital develop successfully, safe and effective paediatric day case surgical pathway Understanding of Diversity and Inclusion challenges in the workplace Ability to work under pressure in a multi: disciplinary environment Ability to prioritise clinical needsBenefitsIf successful you will receive an excellent competitive salary.
