You act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring all agreed services are delivered according to contract, with high quality, transparency, and continuous improvement.You will oversee multiple complex customer relationships, working closely with technical delivery teams, account management, and leadership to maintain stability and foster strategic growth.Your ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for service delivery according to contractual agreements (SLAs, KPIs, reporting)Coordination of service delivery across multiple technical teams and platforms (e.g., Cloud, SAP, Workplace)Preparation, leadership, and follow‑up of Service Review Meetings with customersCreation and analysis of service reports and identification of improvement opportunitiesOversight of Incident, Problem, and Change Management from a service owner perspectiveSupport of customer projects, service extensions, and renewals in close collaboration with Account and Delivery ManagementManagement‑level communication and escalation handlingContribution to continuous improvement of service processes and tools Your ProfileSeveral years of experience in Service Management (preferably ITIL‑based) and working with enterprise customersStrong understanding of Managed Cloud Services, Application Management, or SAP OperationsExcellent customer focus and strong communication and presentation skills, also at executive levelStructured, solution‑oriented approach combined with hands‑on mentalityExperience with ServiceNow or similar Service Management platformsExcellent German and English language skills, spoken and written Why Syntax?Become a part of our success story and work in a company with exciting innovation projects that are causing a stir across the industry.
