This position also required oversee the creation of a PR structure centered on specialized media, the systematization of owned media, and media planning, including digital, across the categories of balls, clubs, and gears. We are looking for a strong leader with passion and a drive to lead and inspire a team of brand communication team.Team Titliest: https://www.titleist.co.jp/teamtitleist/Job DescriptionCollect and assess the dedicated golfers’ insight, identify their needs and work with external and internal stakeholders to increase the brand's presence in the Japanese market, aligning with the guidelines of the U.S. headquarters.Upgrade from the status by managing and designin content across communications, including traditional media, while keeping digital at the center.Develop and execute PR activities and branding strategies, with a focus on golf-specific media.Manage and upgrade owned media platforms such as websites, YouTube, SNS, etc., and develop strategies and drive masures the role of each media.Oversee and direcct the cultivation of brand loyalty within TEAM TITLEIST, utlizing data collected through evens and other channels with collaborating EC and CRM teams.Lead Brand Marketing Team and provide coaching & guidance to members.RequirementExperience in brand management (including planning and managing external events, schedulingand budgeting).
