Role Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Lead (TL) for Interior Design to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves leading interior design projects, creating and overseeing space planning, developing detailed construction drawings, integrating architectural elements, and managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections. This on-site position is located in Delhi, India, and requires close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality interior design solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to effectively create functional and aesthetic environments.Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to ensure precision and compliance in project execution.Experience in managing FF&E processes, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment selection and integration.Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee design projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.Advanced problem-solving and communication skills to efficiently handle client requirements and ensure project success.A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is highly desirable.Proven experience in managing interior design projects, with a portfolio showcasing previous work, is an advantage.
