Provides clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of the results Identifies the training and development needs of direct reports, follows the subordinates' professional development and provides assistance for using newly acquired knowledge Proposes and applies measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growthFunctional accountability for Maintenance on plant level Ensures implementation for maintenance process and system within the area of responsibility including implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment, facility equipment and tools Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools Ensures maintenance for utilities, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting etc. internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards) Ensures maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment Ensures maintenance of security camera systems Implements LTPM Monitors, analyses and improves process performanceQualifications Master in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering With at least 4 years of experienceInformations supplémentaires French language, fluently spoken and writing.
