Office Administrator Location: Frankfurt, Germany Industry: Data Centre & Industrial Construction Type: Full-Time Salary: $36,000 - $50,000 We are a market-leading general contractor with a billion-pound turnover, specialising in the delivery of complex, high-value data centre and industrial construction projects across Europe. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic Frankfurt team. Role Overview: The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our Frankfurt office.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also ensuring that the office environment is well-maintained, organised, and efficient. This is a varied role that requires strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the main phone line, directing calls and handling enquiries professionallyMeet and greet visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impressionOrganise internal meetings, including room setup and arranging refreshments/lunchesCoordinate travel and accommodation bookings for staffAdminister hire car accounts and ensure cost-effective bookingsCollect and collate weekly timesheetsMonitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, consumables, refreshments, etc. )Maintain and service office equipment (photocopiers, plotters, franking machines, etc.
)Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, formatting, and faxing documentsEnsure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained; arrange for any necessary repairsManage both electronic and physical filing systemsRespond to routine information requests and data queriesPrepare and modify documents, including reports, memos, timesheets, and emailsHandle incoming mail and parcel deliveriesMaintain and update the company contact list, including onboarding and offboarding staffProvide administrative support to the Finance Director and Accounts TeamAssist the Fleet Manager and HR Manager with tasks as requiredRequirements:
