Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Manage risks, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Communicate project status, challenges, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team. Two to five years of experience in project management within automotive product development in Sweden. Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and development processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
