Are you an experienced sales professional with deep knowledge of the Balkan market and a strong network in the FMCG sector? We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) to represent a dynamic and fast growing FMCG brand across the Balkan region. This is a unique opportunity to work independently while partnering with an established international company that values entrepreneurial spirit and market expertise. As a key member of our international organization, you will be responsible for leading regional sales operations, developing market strategies, and building strong customer relationships.

TasksIndependently identify, approach, and secure contracts with retail chains, distributors, wholesalers, or horeca operators in the FMCG sectorRepresent and position the product portfolio in a credible, business-minded mannerLead contract negotiations from introduction to signingProvide market insights and strategic feedback to support regional expansionActively build and nurture long-term business relationshipsParticipate in local networking opportunities and trade fairs when relevantQualificationsMinimum 7 years of senior-level experience in FMCG sales, business development, or distributionStrong existing network across at least one or more of the following markets:
Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Bulgaria, or GreeceDemonstrated ability to independently close B2B sales or distribution dealsEntrepreneurial mindset; operate efficiently without day-to-day oversightStrong commercial communication, negotiation, and networking skillsFluent in English and at least one regional language (Greek, Bulgarian, Serbian, etc.
