ResponsibilitiesLead the team to achieve sales targets and budgetsCoach the team to deliver high quality of customer service and build up strong customer relationshipHandle any enquiries or complaints, and provide professional feedback to customersMonitor the inventory and keep the stock level at optimumMaintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelinesPrepare rosters, sales and retail related reportsCoordinate with different departments, such as Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, Training & etcRequirementsMinimum 8 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at management level; preferably in luxury retail industryStrong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experienceReliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving abilityProficient in computer literacy and Excellent command in EnglishCommitmentAble to commit to a one-year contractWe offer a competitive remuneration package to the right candidate.
