Freelance Event Producer

Togather started life as Feast It, in 2017, as a booking platform for people to book street food caterers for their birthday parties and weddings. Since then, we have grown to become the UK's biggest events platform as Togather for food, drink, venues, photographers and so much more. We're here to help people make amazing memories on some of the biggest and best days of their lives. Whether they're planning the whole-company summer party, hosting an epic dinner party, or running an entire festival, we can - and do - help with all of it.

We've worked with everyone from Amazon, Nike, and London Pride, to Tom Cruise, Star Wars, and Taylor Swift. Our team truly love and care about what they do, which makes working here that much easier. The RoleWorking with our Event Production team, our Freelance Event Producers report to one of our two Event Leads.

The team work with a huge variety of amazing clients; IMG, Boiler Room, RHS, Broadwick Live, Krankbrother and many more, delivering events across a variety of sectors, including; Music Festivals, Christmas Light Trails, Fireworks shows, Plane shows, Cultural Events and more. The Event Production teams role is to work with our supply team to create curated and top quality F&B line ups for these events, whether thats owning one street food are, or delivering F&B across the entire event.

We ensure all details from the suppliers is up to date and correct; licenses, h&s checks, allergen charts etc, take site payments where needed and manage them onsite from load in to load out. RequirementsFreelance Event Producers will be required to come in and support the permanent team in delivering a variety of our events, particularly across peak season (Summer and Christmas). We are always looking to be in touch with great talent we can work with during this period. To be suitable for these roles you must have:

Experience working on large scale greenfield events Thrive while working on-site at events, whether its a weekend, late night or early morning! Previously managed multiple F&B traders onsite Highly organised and tech savvy.
