Deep HubSpot expertise Data-warehouse & API integrations Lead-scoring & routingAs Technical CRM & Sales Operations Manager, you’ll own the “machine room” of our HubSpot instance and the end-to-end sales ops processes that power our pipeline. Reporting to the COO, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance to ensure every lead and student record flows through our system accurately, from first touch to payment and beyond.
Your Main Tasks Will IncludeHubSpot System Architecture & MaintenanceConfigure and maintain properties, forms, pipelines, lead-scoring models and workflows for our sales and service processesBuild playbooks for sales stages, admission interviews, student onboarding and supportLead Management & RoutingDesign and implement MQL/Sales-Qualified logic and automated lead distribution for the sales managers, ensuring SLA-driven follow-upSegmentation of leads for mass communicationsMonitor data quality and enforce validation rulesData & Reporting InfrastructureManage integration of HubSpot with other systems such as our learning app, payment service providers and the data warehouseOwn the CRM-side data schema, collaborate on data-warehouse flowsDeliverability & Automation OptimizationAudit and improve email/send-flow deliverabilityOptimize sequences and journeys for different user personasCreate cleanup workflowsStandardization & DocumentationDefine and document sales-process playbooks, naming conventions, and tech-checklistsTrain stakeholders on new CRM features and processesMust-Have QualificationsWhat we are looking for:
Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise (properties, workflows, scoring, APIs)Proven experience building and tuning lead-scoring models for business models with long sales cycles, ideally B2C. Strong database skills (SQL or equivalent)—able to design logical schemasComfortable working with data-warehouse concepts (BigQuery, ETL, Looker)Bonus (Nice-to-Have)Coding skills (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python) for custom solutionsPrior experience in education or long-cycle sales environmentsFamiliarity with HubSpot Commerce or invoicing modulesZapier and Webflow knowledgeWhat Matters To UsWe’re looking for people who thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
