We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Junior Creative Strategist to join our world-class team to help us supercharge our growth as one of the biggest disruptors in the nutrition industry.
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our brand's online presence, focusing on creating a wide range of video content for paid social that drive growth. We value creativity, innovation, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker well-versed in what makes content engaging, who can quickly ideate, shape and edit high-impact content that connects with millions. They’ll be able to turn insight into impactful ideas and have a proven ability to tell compelling stories that resonate with audiences.
If you’re obsessed with storytelling, love data-driven creativity, and know how to craft scroll-stopping content for paid social, this is the role for you. You’ll generate bold, original ideas that drive engagement, collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce high-quality, shareable content, and manage our in-house content library. With a sharp eye for data, you'll analyse performance and continuously refine strategies for even better results in future campaigns. REQUIREMENTS: Experience:
2 years of experience in creative strategy, content development, or social media marketing with a focus on direct response, leveraging psychographic segmentation to tailor campaigns for specific audience segments. Platform Knowledge: Up to speed with best practices and emerging trends on paid platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook). Hands-on experience creating ads on Meta or other social platforms. Creative Thinking: A natural innovator who can think outside the box and generate original concepts that are focused on engaging target demographics and achieving conversion goals. Analytical Mindset:
Ability to interpret data and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimise ad performance, continually refining messaging, visuals, and formats to improve hook-rate, click-through-rate, and conversions. Collaboration & Organisation: Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment, whilst working across a variety of campaigns and work streams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop engaging, shareable content that drives audience engagement, collaborating on scripts, briefs, and shoot days to bring creative ideas to life. Create diverse, high-performing content tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel, applying the AIDA model to optimise campaign effectiveness. Brand Focus:
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and ladders up to our proposition while effectively driving action, maintaining a balance between brand consistency and performance. Production: Collaborating closely with our in-house team to assist in creating ad content. This includes writing briefs, creating story boards, shooting content for video ads and providing design briefs for static ads. Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyse performance metrics to gauge ad effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to future campaigns through weekly and monthly creative reports. Content Management:
Oversee our in-house content library, organising materials from content creators and shoot days to ensure easy access for creating high-performing content updates. Deliver ads to growth team weekly through a digital ad management system. Strong Communicator: Clear and confident in how you present ideas, give feedback and collaborate across teams.
