About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will focus primarily on recruitment activities (approximately 70%), supporting hiring across the Marketing, Operations, and Sales functions. The remaining 30% will involve providing support for day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (70%)Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers across the Marketing, Operations, and Sales departments to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms and actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels. Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. HR Operations & Ad-hoc Support (30%)Support the planning and execution of team bonding activities and employee engagement events. Provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives as required. Assist in general HR operations to ensure smooth internal processes. RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in recruitment. Familiarity with HR operational workflows and general employment practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
