Supporting the founder of an executive recruiting firm with day-to-day administrative tasksManaging calendars and scheduling interviews with candidates and clientsCreating and editing documents using Microsoft Word and ExcelHelping coordinate outbound email campaigns (bonus if you’ve used a platform like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)Making occasional phone calls to candidates and executives to confirm meetings—so you can’t be afraid to pick up the phoneKeeping things (and me!) organized, on time, and moving forwardWho You Are:
Exceptionally organized with great attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Google Docs/Sheets a plus too)Comfortable and professional on the phone and in written communicationTech-savvy and eager to learn (especially if you’re looking to grow in the recruiting world)A reliable self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote-friendly work environmentThis is a part-time, 1099 contractor role—roughly 20 to 30 hours per week, with flexible daytime hours. Their will even be an opportunity to earn bonuses.
