Our client in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sector is looking to hire a Plant Administrator. The Plant Administrator will be responsible for data capturing as well as running errands as necessary to promote smoothrunning of the plant.
Key Tasks And ResponsibilitiesConduct full admin and secretarial dutiesEnsure useful information is captured and reported back on the maintenance systemEnsure plant data is captured accurately and that reports are communicated to relevant parties timeouslyEnsure correct reporting of products dispatched from the plant and analysis of all requirements for credit notesEnsure that all products delivered and services rendered in the plant are correctly receiptedMake all HR and payroll inputs timeously and accuratelyRequirementsMust have a bachelor's degree in human resource managementMust have a full Grade 12 certificateMust have a valid driver's licenseAt least 2 years' experience in an administrative/dispatch/HR environmentKnowledge of and experience in various computer packagesHow To ApplyPlease visit our job portal to apply before 12th September 2025.
