Role Overview: As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of a small, high-performing investment team.
You will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management, and exit strategies. The role offers outstanding exposure to both the strategic and operational aspects of investing and growing businesses. Key Responsibilities: Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and due diligencePerform financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, etc. )Support the preparation of investment memoranda and internal presentationsAssist in transaction execution, including financial, legal, and commercial due diligenceMonitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiativesParticipate in meetings with management teams, advisors, and other stakeholdersCandidate Profile:
