The RoleThe firm is seeking a talented Investment Associate to join its investment team. The Associate will play a key role across the full investment cycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to supporting portfolio companies after investment.
This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to both deal execution and strategic value creation. Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate potential investment opportunities through financial analysis, valuation work, and market researchSupport the execution of transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and preparation of investment materialsAssist in monitoring and supporting portfolio companies with strategic and operational initiativesPrepare materials for internal discussions and investment committeesContribute to ongoing sector research and opportunity mappingCandidate Profile Required:
1–3 years of full-time M&A experience from a leading investment bank, advisory boutique, or corporate finance teamStrong financial modeling and valuation capabilitiesExcellent academic track record from a top-tier universityHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious with strong communication skillsFluent in English (Swedish language skills are advantageous)Preferred:
