Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join the Investment Banking team in Stockholm. The role offers exposure to a wide range of transactions across M&A, ECM, and DCM, primarily in the Nordic market. Analysts play an integral role in deal execution, origination efforts, and sector coverage initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, rights issues, and private placementsBuild and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, trading/transaction comps)Conduct detailed company and industry research for use in strategic reviews, pitchbooks, and client presentationsAssist in the preparation of internal memos, deal documentation, and marketing materialsCollaborate with product and sector teams across the bank’s international networkStay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and client activity in the Nordic regionCandidate ProfileOutstanding academic track record with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldInternships or up to 2 years of relevant full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 transaction services, private equity, or similar (internships and full-time considered)Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluency in at least one of the Nordic languages and English is a mustHigh level of integrity, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferA dynamic and entrepreneurial culture with flat hierarchies and strong mentorshipOpportunity to work on high-profile cross-border transactions with a strong deal pipeline in the Nordic regionAccess to global resources and best-in-class trainingCompetitive compensation and benefitsLong-term career development within a global investment banking platform
