We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate should exhibit a positive “can-do” attitude, be able to work independently whilst collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability and willingness to take on ownership of accounting tasks along with an enthusiasm and initiative to learn and develop under the guidance of the senior members of the department. Job Location: Nicosia or Limassol, Cyprus(*Please note, that our recruitment process (test and interview) and the training period will take place in Limassol office. )Key Responsibilities:

Collecting accounting information and documentsRecord daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entriesReconcile bank accountsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile suppliers and customers accountsIssue invoices and follow up on paymentsEnsure proper documentation and filing of financial recordsAssist in preparing monthly management reportingAssist Finance supervisor with external auditors’ requestsMonitor and report discrepancies or irregularities in financial recordsSupport department with ad hoc projectsQualifications and Requirements:

Holder of a University Degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field3-5 years of previous relevant experience will be considered as an advantageGood knowledge of Excel is preferredHolder of the LCCI Accounting Certification – will be considered as a plusExcellent use of the English languageAbility to prioritize and cope in a fast-paced environmentOrganizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and motivation to produce excellent resultsRemuneration and Benefits: We invest in your well-being, career growth, and the moments that matter, both in and out of work.
