🏗️ Project Executive – High-Rise Construction 📍 Miami, FL 💰 $170,000 – $210,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits 🕒 Full-Time | PermanentOne of Miami’s most dynamic and well-capitalised general contractors is seeking a Project Executive to lead the delivery of major high-rise residential and mixed-use projects across South Florida. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can drive complex developments from preconstruction through closeout, while managing client relationships, profitability, and team performance. Your Role:

🏙️ Oversee multiple high-rise projects from conception to completion 🤝 Serve as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and developers 📈 Ensure projects hit financial and schedule targets 👷 Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers 💬 Report directly into executive leadership with full P&L accountability 📑 Negotiate contracts, manage risk, and coordinate with internal stakeholdersWhat You Bring:

✅ 10–20+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role 🏗️ Proven track record delivering large-scale high-rise or mixed-use projects ($100M+) 📍 Strong network and understanding of the Miami construction market 📚 Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and concrete structure methodology 🧠 Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and strong commercial instinctsWhat’s on Offer: 💵 Base salary between $170,000–$210,000 🎯 Annual bonus and profit participation 🏥 Premium healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and car allowance 🚀 Opportunity to shape landmark projects and lead a top-tier team 🌴 Based in Miami – with minimal travel
