Senior Officer, Corporate Responsibility

JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Corporate Responsibility Officer is responsible to monitor and advance legal, social and environmental compliance of vendors in our supply chain. This position will collaborate with interdepartmental stakeholders, external parties as well as suppliers in order to coordinate vendor onboarding relating to the audit process, project implementations and performance reporting and remediation. RESPONSIBLILITY· Coordinate smooth social compliance onboarding audit process for vendors of all tiers· Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with Tory Burch’s code of conduct, including through regular trainings, communications, remediation, and managing vendor corrective action plans.

· Manage social compliance data for vendors of all tiers in PLM, including factory audit status with regular reporting to management· Develop and conduct training programs for suppliers, internal teams, and sourcing teams on compliance process and related topics· Work with PLM team in enhancing and updating the function tools for reporting· Support quarterly statistical analysis on social compliance audit program and scorecard to communicate supplier & factory performance to sourcing teams· Conduct risk evaluation and/or assessment to different tiers and types of suppliers based on social risk level· Collaborate with Sustainability Team on traceability projects through supplier mapping and necessary social assessment· Travel and visit to factories in order to ensure compliance and build relationship in key suppliers· Implement and facilitate worker well-being initiatives as per corporate goals· Conduct research and benchmarking of corporate responsibility and social trends in related industry and country· Support any special or Ad-hoc projectsEDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED· Bachelor degree holder of Social Science, Business Administration, Environmental/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline· 3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, social compliance, sustainability, supply chain, or global sourcing business.

· Experience in a sizeable Fashion Apparel/ Footwear organization is an added advantage· Knowledge in CSR, labor, environment, health & safety regulations, and international labor standards preferred· Excellent communication skills, attention to details and strong analytical skills· Self-motivated team player, also able to work independently· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of reporting tools (e. g. , MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc. )· Travel as needed
