The company operates 40 production lines and 51 machinery units and has invested in a new factory spanning 90,000 square meters to enhance its capabilities.Role Description:- Assist with payroll cycle.- Support day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs.- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.- Monitor usage and effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements.- Maintain accurate total rewards data and records.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation & benefits.- Strong organizational and analytical skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Good command of English.
