The Total Rewards Associate Manager provides support in assuring that these programs and policies are scaled across different workforces and administered consistently in line with the organization’s goals, global guidelines, and government regulations.Key Responsibilities1. Helps develops overall strategy with regards to compensation & benefits programs, policies and procedures in collaboration with Total Rewards team and internal stakeholders. This includes defining the compensation matrix, pay scale and structure.2. Provides expert advice on Total Rewards to Business Partners and Key Stakeholders3. Oversees alignment of implementation and administration of total rewards programs, policies and procedures in compliance with compensation laws and regulations.4. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation best practices, trends and organizations goals.5. Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure compensation objectives are achieved.6. Resolves compensation design and implementation issues.7. Conducts Job Evaluation activities.8.
