Then we have a great opportunity for you!For our People team, we are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist EMEA & Growth. Within the People team you’ll have a key role in implementing regional reward programs by working closely with HR business partners and managers in the country and act as an advisor for the senior management.Your roleAs a Total rewards specialist you are responsible for employee benefits, job architecture frameworks and market-based compensation programs for the EMEA region and growth markets.Your TasksLead benefits renewals and manage vendor relationships Responsible for job architecture and evaluation processes Conduct and lead salary benchmarking, pay analysis and annual pay ranges updatesResponsible for sales bonus program design and governance Oversee broker master data, including cost and service models Set and manage the merit budget/market movement recommendationsSupport the development and execution of the EU Pay Transparency (pay equity analysis, HR engagement and communication planning) Who You AreBachelor’s degree (e.g. in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance)Experience with total rewards / compensation & benefits in an international organizationFamiliarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, WTW)Strong analytical skills for benchmarking and pay structure design Strong data skills with the ability to build and maintain Excel-based models; experience creating visual dashboards in Power BI is a plusAbility to interpret and apply reporting requirements (CSRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive) Project management capability across multi-country initiatives What We Can OfferOur flat hierarchies, strong team spirit and a very collegial atmosphere reflect our Icelandic roots.
