Contexte et environnement As an Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, managing the month-end activities and coordinating the financial audits. You will contribute to the growth of the affiliate by ensuring compliance and providing financial insights. Activités Maintain the financial books of the affiliate and ensure accurate entries in SAPLead monthly yearly closings, reconciliations, and reporting. Collaborate to annual audits from the entity and the joint ventures.
Prepare statutory and joint ventures financial reports in regards to local requirements, Production Sharing Contracts and Joint Operating AgreementsContribute to the consolidation process of the Company on quarterly basisEnsure compliance with internal controls (SOX, CREPACC) and maintain robust accounting processes Profil du candidat A Master ’s degree in Accounting/Finance. 5-6 years of relevant experience (Joint Venture Accounting area is a plus).
