We also cater to group adventures and business events, providing seamless experiences for families, friends, and corporate trips.We’re now looking for a passionate and organised Tour Operations & Planner to join our growing team and help manage, plan, and optimise our one-day tours and multi-day trips across Japan.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, mostly remote role for a Tour Operations & Japan Trip Planner based in Japan, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. This person will be responsible for creating custom travel itineraries, coordinating tours and cultural experiences, and ensuring smooth trip logistics.You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every tour runs smoothly and every guest has an unforgettable experience.This role combines hands-on coordination, creative itinerary design, and local expertise.Who you are:Passionate about Japan, travel, and creating memorable experiencesHas previous experience working in Japan tourism, hospitality, and/or travel planningEligible to work in Japan (visa sponsorship possible for the right candidate)Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasksStrong communication skills in English (Japanese is a big plus)Your Responsibilities: Manage and optimise daily one-day toursCoordinate logistics for multi-day private and group trips across JapanCommunicate with guides, drivers, suppliers, and accommodation partnersCreate and review tour schedules, pricing, and internal checklistsAssist with itinerary planning and curation for customised tripsOccasionally guide or assist with tours when neededEnsure high-quality guest experiences and operational efficiencyLooking forward to connecting with you!
