Our collaborative approach ensures a high standard of professional outcomes across a wide range of development projects.Who We’re Looking For:We are seeking a Senior Town Planner to join our Central Coast consultancy, working alongside our survey and bushfire planning teams. This sole planner role involves managing a variety of projects, including development applications, feasibility studies, and strategic planning. We’re looking for a motivated professional with strong communication, report writing, and client liaison skills, extensive experience working with councils and the development approval process, and a solid understanding of NSW planning legislation. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently while collaborating within a small team, results-driven, and eager to take ownership of projects in a flexible and supportive environment.About the Role:You’ll manage a diverse range of planning projects, including:End-to-end management of development applications (review, coordination, preparation, and assessment).Feasibility studies and planning assessments across residential, commercial, and rural developments.Opportunities to contribute to strategic planning advice, property reviews, and planning support for bushfire assessments.Requirements:Degree in Town Planning/Urban Planning or equivalent.Experience working with councils and navigating the development approval process.Strong knowledge of NSW planning frameworks.Ability to work autonomously and manage diverse projects.What We Offer:A Central Coast–based role within a small, supportive consultancy.True flexibility, including the opportunity to work from home.Close collaboration with an established survey team and bushfire planning consultants.Varied, interesting projects that will enhance your professional expertise.The successful candidate will bring experience in working with councils and navigating the development approval process.
