Job Description

The job activity of employees is governed by internal rules and regulations, local legislation norms, ordersof line manager and the present job description. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB• Lead Field Operation Activities in Central Asian Region. • Implement Toyota Standards at dealers. • Coordinate Field Operation Activities with shareholderKEY DUTIES AND TASKS• KPI collection, analysis and improvement actions, reporting. • Customer retention measurement, data collection, analysis and kaizen plan. • Implement and deploy training plan related to key duties• Conduct non-Technical Product Surveys requested by Toyota• Monitor CSI performance at dealers. • Implement Service Marketing plan and measure effectiveness after implementation.

• Conduct Service Capability study leading to an improvement in dealer facilities and labour productivity andidentifying potential need for dealer network expansion. • Improvement action (Toyota Kaizen) with dealer based on customer voice. • Support in conducting surveys• Perform other tasks deemed necessary and requested by the executive management. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES• Bachelor degree in Automotive, Engineering or allied industries. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive and service related fields. Certification experience ispreferable. • Working experience in international and multicultural organizations. • Knowledge of ISO and automotive standards. • Skills: Communication; Leadership; Analytical; Problem solving; Decision-making; Customer Focus; Drivingfor Result; Team building. • Computer literacy:

advanced level in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Power Point, Word. • Languages: good knowledge of English and Russian Languages. Uzbek preferable. • Valid driver’s licenses - “B” Category.
