聽About the Team聽Toyota Connected India is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to develop models for predicting traffic behaviour scenarios using data from simulations and real-world sources. You鈥檒l work on reinforcement learning, complex event detection, and probabilistic forecasting for real-time decision-making in autonomous systems and smart infrastructure聽What you will do聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Design predictive models for trajectory forecasting, traffic participant鈥檚 behaviour, and crossing probabilities. 聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop risk scoring mechanisms using time-shifted risk prediction and sliding time windows. 聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Implement multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) frameworks to simulate and train cooperative behaviours.
聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with simulation teams to integrate ground truth scenarios and replayable datasets. 聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build scoring algorithms for different data dimensions based on the severity and impact. 聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Evaluate model performance using precision, recall, and event-level accuracy. 聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with data engineers to define feature pipelines and streaming inputs. 聽You are a successful candidate if you have聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience in applied data science, preferably in real-time or simulation-based environments. 聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. 聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with time-series analysis, Bayesian models, or probabilistic forecasting. 聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Understanding of reinforcement learning, especially multi-agent settings.
