TIQ three months full-time internship program offers interns the opportunity to gain hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic issues within locally developed systems. Support monitoring system performance and provide feedback for improvements. Help with simple code modifications to fix bugs and enhance functionality. Participate in system testing and document results to support continuous improvement. Research software tools and suggest potential improvements under supervision. Assist in maintaining database integrity, security, and performance. Help prepare user guides, manuals, and training materials for system users. Support the maintenance and enhancement of business intelligence reports.
Provide basic help desk support and escalate issues when necessary. Education required: IT Engineering, OS, Programing Languages, and Network. Fluent English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
