Knowledge And QualificationsStrong knowledge of WHS and Environmental legislation including Codes of PracticeSound knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001, 18001, 45001, AS 4801) and an auditing certification preferredCoordinate and participate in the National Audit Program which comprises of internal and external audits to ensure Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) maintains accreditation of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems & 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Tertiary qualification in WHS, Environmental Science, Behavioural Science or other related fields (a minimum level of Certificate IV)Expertise in workplace incident investigation. In conjunction with the NSCM, review WHSE success measures, ensuring that they are driving the correct WHSE culture. Skills And ExperienceMinimum 5 years of WHSE experience in an Industrial environmentPrevious experience/involvement in achieving WHSE cultural change. Previous proven experience in managing and working with an integrated safety management systemExperience in implementing new safety methodologies and initiativesInternal auditing experience (desktop and actual)Expertise in workplace incident investigationStrong Interpersonal skills:
