Key responsibilities:
Implement and lead improvement activities at the dealer’s business operation;Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with dealers to develop and implement effective solutionsDevelop and execute strategic plans for service initiatives that align with company goals and enhance dealers’ performance;Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other operational teams to design and promote new service products meet with customer needs;Create training materials and provide training sessions for dealers on new product and services to ensure successful implementation;Prepare and present reports on performance metrics, progress of initiatives, and status of product development or senior management;Other ad hoc duties;Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business administration, automotive or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, field management, or related roles within the automotive industryProven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (including KAIZEN)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAdvanced English (Japanese proficiency is a plus);Business analyst, business improvement experience in is a plus;A spirit of challenge and develop outside of the scope of work is desirable;
