The聽Head of Technology, will acts as a bridge between technology and business, driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the organization's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: 路聽聽聽Software Development Expertise: Strong background in software development methodologies, technologies, and bestpractices. 路聽聽聽Software Development Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. 路聽聽Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and emerging technologies. 路聽聽Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing a technology strategy for software development that aligns with the organization's business goals and objectives. 路聽聽Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of software developers, architects, and other technical professionals. 路聽聽Resource Management: Managing resources, including personnel, budget, and technology infrastructure, to ensure efficient and effective software development. 路聽聽Operational Efficiency: Optimizing software development processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market. 路聽聽Innovation and Technology Adoption: Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends, and driving innovation in software development practices.
路聽聽Alignment with Business Goals: Ensuring that the technology strategy and software development efforts are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives and priorities. 路聽聽Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including product managers, business leaders, and other departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Key skills required: 路聽聽Education Background: Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. 路聽聽Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with business goals. 路聽聽Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
