BYD, the global leader in new energy vehicles, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing strategies across Argentina. This role will contribute to brand growth, assist in optimizing retail and distribution networks, and help ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals in the region.Key Responsibilities:Dealer Network SupportBuild and maintain robust, strategic relationships with local dealers and partners to guarantee the successful implementation of high-priority marketing plans.Actively collaborate with dealers on their local marketing plans and ensure timely, effective execution against shared objectives.Conduct regular, proactive visits to dealerships to rigorously monitor brand standards, ensure the effective use of branded materials, and evaluate the overall customer experience.Trade Marketing & ActivationsSupport the development and execution of impactful trade marketing strategies specifically tailored to Argentinian marketWork with dealers to plan and execute high-visibility online and offline marketing activities, including targeted promotions, mall activations, test-drive events, showroom inaugurations, roadshows, social media and communication campaigns, livestream, and dealer programs to boost brand visibility and sales volume.Coordinate all aspects of logistics, supplier management, production, and installation of premium POP materials, signage, and branded assets across points of sale.Ensure all activations are designed to maximize brand visibility and directly accelerate sales volume.Ensure consistent and high-quality branding execution across all points of sale.Campaign Execution & AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to support data-driven decisions.Track and report on the performance and ROI of dealer marketing campaigns, provide and execute insight of improvements on a regular basis.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to support data-driven decisions.Assist in management of marketing campaign budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI)Cross-functional CollaborationWork with cross-functional teams and international teams to support cohesive execution of trade marketing plans.Provide comprehensive support for all brand marketing plans and activations in Argentina.Other tasks required by managementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus).2+ years of experience in trade marketing or marketing support, preferably in the automotive, technology, or FMCG industries.Experience working with dealers, distributors, or retail networks is valued.Understanding of retail and distribution networks in Argentina, and knowledge of market dynamics and consumer behavior.Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills, essential for effective dealer partnership.Fluent in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).Experience assisting in managing marketing campaigns and budgets.Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.Analytical skills with data tools.Initiative, goal-oriented mindset, and problem-solving approach.Willingness to travel within the region for dealer visits and on-site activation support.
