Then make a smarter move and unleash your potential in Frey.Role & Responsibilities:As Trade Execution Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring seamless execution of agricultural commodity contracts, with a strong focus on international documentation, compliance, and customer coordination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth shipment flows, accurate handling of payment instruments, and continuous improvements in trade execution processes. We offer a full-time position located in Aarhus and an opportunity to develop your expertise in trade execution within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.Your main responsibilities will include:Coordinating international trade execution and export documentation for grains, oilseeds, and feedstuff.Handling letters of credit, payment instruments, and shipment-related invoices.Managing customer communication to ensure smooth and timely shipments.Supporting origin logistics and capturing knowledge on import/customs regulations.Driving process improvements, automation, and digitalization in trade execution.Maintaining accurate P/L records and ensuring compliance with contracts and governance policies.Coordinating export trade execution, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with contract terms.Expected skills & Experience:In this role, your ability to maintain a structured and detail-oriented approach, ensure accurate execution of trade processes, and proactively solve challenges will be essential. We expect you to handle responsibilities with a high level of organization, accountability, and efficiency. Furthermore, we expect that you:Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or trade documentation.Are comfortable managing international documentation and payment instruments, including letters of credit.Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders in English.Have a proven ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with GAFTA is an advantage, but not a requirement.About Frey:We optimize containerized agricultural commodity flows by unifying diverse global expertise and backgrounds with an ambition for growth and a strong belief in simple, digital, and transparent trading of commodities providing affordable possibilities for any kind of business.
