Headquartered in Beijing, Anton operates in over 30 countries across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, providing clients with innovative technologies, global expertise, and localized talent.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled International Trade & Finance Manager to support Anton’s global oil and gas trade operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade finance, risk management, and cross-border operations within the energy or commodities sector, and will play a key role in ensuring financial safety, compliance, and efficiency across all trade activities.Key Responsibilities1. Trade Business SupportParticipate in the negotiation, execution, and settlement of oil and gas spot and long-term trade contracts, ensuring smooth coordination between funding and trade processes.Monitor global market price trends and exchange rate risks, and provide professional hedging and risk management recommendations.Support the design and execution of new trade projects, including crude oil sales, refined oil procurement, and swap transactions.2. Risk & Compliance ManagementReview financing, settlement, and payment clauses in trade contracts to prevent legal, compliance, and credit risks.Ensure full adherence to international trade compliance standards, including sanctions, export control, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationAssist in establishing and improving the company’s trade finance policies, systems, and workflows.Collaborate closely with the treasury, legal, tax, and business teams to ensure the successful execution of trade and financing operations.Provide professional guidance and mentorship to junior staff on trade and financial operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, International Trade, or Economics (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in international oil & gas or commodity trade finance; background in a bank or energy company is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of international trade finance instruments (e.g., L/C, bank guarantees, collections) and cross-border settlement procedures.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk control skills with strong attention to detail.Proficient in English (Chinese preferred), with solid cross-cultural communication skills and willingness to travel or take overseas assignments.💼 Join Anton — shaping the future of global energy trade through innovation and integrity.
