The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations in a specific country, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgets, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team of professionals to achieve company goals.QualificationsBusiness Strategy and Development skillsKnowledge of local laws and regulationsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFlexibility to work remotely and independentlyExperience in the financial engineering or tech industry is a plusPreferably with experience as a Trade Finance/Banking Consultant or at least 2-year in trading business, Logistics-Shipping Business. Commodity traders, importers, exporter, Logistics Officers/Specialist, Shipping Officers/Specialist, Procurement Manager/Officer/Decision Maker, CEO, Founder, Chairman, Realtor/Developer and business owners are also welcome.Familiarity with banking instruments such as Letters of Credit, SBLC, and other relevant financial tools
