Job Description

Purpose: The Trade Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of trade marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive sales across beauty and cosmetics retail channels. This role focuses on implementing promotional campaigns, managing in-store activations, and ensuring flawless brand representation in alignment with marketing and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Implementation: Execute trade marketing activities and in-store campaigns according to the marketing calendar. Coordinate the rollout of product launches, seasonal promotions, and special beauty activations. Ensure the timely delivery and proper installation of promotional materials, testers, and visual displays. Conduct regular store visits to ensure all activations are executed according to brand guidelines. 2. Retail and Distributor Coordination: Support in coordinating with beauty retailers, department stores, and distributors. Communicate campaign details and ensure retail partners are fully briefed on promotions and merchandising requirements. Follow up with retail teams to confirm smooth execution and gather feedback from the field. 3. Merchandising & Visual Display: Ensure all POS materials, stands, testers, and visuals reflect the brand’s image and current campaigns. Work closely with visual merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency across stores. Monitor product visibility and recommend improvements to enhance in-store presence and shopper experience. 4. Market Monitoring & Insights: Track competitor activities, product visibility, and promotional trends in the cosmetics sector. Gather consumer and sales team feedback to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Share regular reports with the Trade Marketing Manager summarizing market observations and execution results. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align trade activities with brand strategy and sales objectives. Support logistics and administrative coordination for beauty events, pop-ups, and retailer activations. Assist in preparing materials and presentations for internal reviews or retailer meetings. 6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all trade marketing activities, campaigns, and store feedback. Prepare post-activity reports including photos, performance summaries, and key learnings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
