Trade Marketing Director(Inter Business)

Lead assigned trade marketing team to deliver sales growth and brand penetration by creating strategic plans formulation and execution in each market. Drive channel and category expansion utilizing category and consumer insights to develop right products and launch plans. Job Details:1. Channel development : - Channel plan development to ensure right assortment, pack size & activities.- Explore new channel opportunities " 2. Drive branded products sales : - Formulate marketing strategy to grow sales for each brand, market and customer utilizing available data and insights- Ensure team’s execution of strategic actions " 3. Trade & category management- Category and shopper data analysis to understand and deliver right plan for each market- Lead team to develop activities plan, execution and evaluation " 4. Distributor relation : - Share direction with distributors to ensure goals are clearly aligned and ensure projects implementation and objectives achievement- Build strategic partnership with key customers (JBP)" ถใ Product development : - Gather and prioritize customers’ requirements and work with PD to develop new and winning products " 6. Align Internal forecast Develop plan to achieve assigned budget Understand market situation, analyze data and insights to deliver budgeted forecast " 7.
