Coordinate and execute brand activations, events, and experiences in key accounts. Design and implement POP materials, point-of-sale visibility, and communication tools that reinforce premium positioning. Coordination and monitoring of the national distribution of POSM material arriving from the maisons, based on the needs of each region. Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure the proper implementation of activities. Monitor field execution, ensuring that each activation reflects the brand's values of luxury and exclusivity. Manage the channel's allocated budget and measure the return on investment for each action implemented. Establish strategic relationships with key accounts (bar managers, establishment owners, buyers). Analyse results and generate performance reports and KPIs, proposing continuous improvements. Identify growth opportunities, consumer trends, and best practices in the On Trade channel. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand image guidelines at all touchpointsProfile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience in event execution, BTL promotions, and visibility project management in the On-Trade channel. In-depth knowledge of the Mexican consumer in the On Trade channel. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Focus on results, attention to detail, and sensitivity to high-prestige brands. Advanced English. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Willingness to travel nationally. Travel ability/ on field work around 50%, this position is eligible for Home Office based on the policies of MHMX.
