Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.We are seeking an Trade Marketing Intern to join our team. Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, this Intern will collaborate to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of company plans within their area of responsibility.This is a 6-month, full-time internship.Responsibilities:Implement trade marketing plans with traditional customers and regional chains, and support the Trade Marketing Manager with plans for national chains.Execute online/offline trade marketing activities for clients in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Departments (e.g., design development, production of materials, coordination of shipments to client trade marketing teams / POS, etc.).Support the trade marketing budget (supplier invoice management, trade marketing purchase orders).Analyze trade marketing activities at each stage of the plan to maximize Sell-Out and ROI objectives. Conduct follow-ups on trade marketing activities, collecting best practices, feedback, and results files. Perform periodic analysis of competitors’ trade marketing activities.Ensure regular updates, checks, and visibility on retail websites in line with company guidelines.Provide support for marketing presentations, visual merchandising element mapping for stores, and canvass preparation.Support the coordination of Beauty Assistants, liaise with promoter agencies, and contribute to defining and achieving sell-out targets.Collaborate in the development, drafting, and delivery of training presentations to retailers and their teams.Required Education/Experience:Degree in Economics, Marketing or related fieldFluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plusRequired Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Beauty industryStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the full Office suite (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint)Proactive, creative, and analytical mindset, results-oriented and innovation-driven, with a strong team player attitude________________________________________________________________________________SCOPO PRIMARIO E OBIETTIVO GENERALE DEL RUOLO:La risorsa, riportando al Trade Marketing Manager, dovrà collaborare per garantire un'efficace ed efficiente attuazione dei piani aziendali nell'ambito delle proprie mansioni.PRINCIPALI INCARICHI:Definire e implementare i piani trade marketing con i clienti tradizionali e catene regionali e affiancare il Trade Marketing Manager con i piani delle catene nazionali.Sviluppare e implementare le attività trade marketing on line/off line dei clienti in collaborazione con il Dipartimento Marketing e Dipartimento Commerciale (es. a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo: sviluppo grafiche, produzione materiali, invio a trade marketing cliente /pdv, ed altro).Trade marketing budget management (Gestione fatture fornitori trade marketing, gestione ordini di acquisto trade marketing).Analisi in ogni fase temporale delle attività trade marketing programmate nei piani, al fine di massimizzare l’obiettivo di Sell Out e ROI. Follow up attività trade marketing con raccolta best practices, feedback, file risultati.
