The Trade Marketing Lead role supports the associate manager in strategy development and leads execution of planned initiatives covering accounts/areas assigned.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop localized tactical initiatives per region and/or per accountSupport in developing strategy for the channel or account under his/her responsibility addressing gaps and opportunities that will help grow SOM, availability, and volumeMonitor initiatives, monitor performance and update best practicesPost-promo review, analysis, and recommendationExecute PICOS strategyCoordinates stock supportability with Marketing LogisticsLeads POSM development, production and deploymentAdminister budget release and monitor usageRegular account engagementSuitable Candidates Will Need To DemonstratePreferably Bachelor’s degree in Business-related disciplineAt least 2 years' work experience in channel marketingFMCG or CPG experience is an advantageProject Management, Financial BasicsEffective communication and negotiation skillsCompany SocialsReach us through our social media pages!LinkedIn:
