About the companyAs Trade Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and product sell-through across retail and wholesale channels. Collaborates with sales, merchandising, and marketing teams to plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations. Job DescriptionDevelop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive growth across wholesale and retail channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.Lead in-store visibility, promotional campaigns, and POS activations to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement.Align trade initiatives with brand objectives through close collaboration with sales, marketing, and regional teams.Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, retail training, and customer experience programs.Manage trade budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable ROI.Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance channel performance.Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. RequirementBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Fluency in Thai and English is required.Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or channel marketing, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.In-depth knowledge of Thailand’s wholesale and retail trade landscape.Demonstrated success in leading trade campaigns, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to convert data into actionable marketing strategies.Contact PersonPimpisa KuruwatcharapongPimpisa.k@adecco.comTel. +662 017 5949
