The Adecco Group connects over 500,000 external colleagues with clients each day through its network of more than 6,700 branches, with 36,000 full-time employees in over 60 countries and territories around the world.For one of our trusted partners – among the top 20 companies in their field in FMCG sector we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager.Among your responsibilities will be:• Generate Shopper/Consumer insights through market data analysis (develop and maintain market data dashboards ; provide analytical base for increasing efficiency of activities planned ; define and propose opportunities for growth )• Create analytical background and define key patterns on Competitors’ activity in the market (develop and maintain data dashboards ; consolidate activities, internal reports, develop dashboards )• Monitor pricing across channels and promo management across channels• Based on available market data develop proposals on efficient promo guidelines for Channels• Post-evaluation and efficiency control• Cross-channel pricing maintenance (elaborate value chain price modeling and calculators across channels ; develop proposals on efficient cross-channel price strategies)• Develop an analytical base and reports / dashboards / trackers for trade marketing tools utilization• Calculation and reporting on trade marketing budgetsRequirements for the role:• 3 + years in trade marketing position in FMCG - field of food and beverage would be a great asset but not mandatory• Language skills - Bulgarian native level and very good command of English• Excellent analytical skills , work organization and planning skills as well as excellent communication• Experience with analytical data - metrics, sales analysis• Ability to build clear processes and to work on evolving projects• Professional user of Excel, other ERP system• An independent problem-solver• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Openness to innovations and new experience• Ability to work onsite in Sofia with occasional travel in Bulgaria• Higher education in the field of Marketing, Analytics, Finance would be considered a strong plus.The company offers:• Work in an established international company with a market in over 70 countries;• Dynamic and challenging work, oriented towards achieving high results;• Opportunity for professional development according to the competencies and desires of each employee;• Additional social benefitsIf you believe the description above matches your skills send us your CV in English.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
