Meaningful Work From Day OneReporting to the Marketing Manager(Non-Thai, Korean). The Trade Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role between Marketing & Sales - leveraging brand plans into executable channel & customer plans. The role will work across the portfolio of brands from Jack Daniels Family Brands to the Super Premium portfolio.What You Can ExpectResponsible for the Trade Marketing budget across all brand portfolios and channelsManage key agency partners' deliverables within a specific budgetDevelop a program brief and evaluate post-program performanceCoordination of any frequent/ad-hoc requestsWhat You Bring To The TableTranslate key Brand Strategy & Initiatives into field sales priorities and customer/ channel plansUnderstand channel and retail segmentation to define the performance driversIdentify key customer & channel opportunities to build brand awareness, trial & penetration - through trade promotions, trade visibility, GWP/ VAPs, etcManage & coordinate merchandising material and provision for the sales team implementationAssist in Customer review & new listing presentations, including planogram & visibility business casesBuild strong working relationships with the National Sales Manager, Channel Managers, Supply Chain, distribution partners, and promotional agencies promptlyWhat Makes You UniqueMinimum 2-5 years of marketing or relevant experienceStrong communication skills, detail-oriented personProven track record of successfully delivering brand growth in a highly competitive environmentWho We AreWe believe great people build great brands.
