We partner with government agencies, port authorities, and development finance institutions to advance connectivity, policy coherence, and infrastructure investment across emerging markets.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Trade Policy & Connectivity Analyst to support research and advisory work related to regional trade dynamics, transport corridors, and policy modernization across Latin America and the Global South. This Buenos Aires-based role is well-suited for professionals with a background in trade facilitation, regulatory reform, or infrastructure diagnostics—particularly those familiar with Mercosur, the Pacific Alliance, or South–South trade architecture.You will support the development of trade corridor assessments, policy briefs, and stakeholder engagement materials for multilateral clients and government partners.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze regional trade policies, transport infrastructure, and investment frameworks in Latin AmericaContribute to diagnostic reports, strategic briefings, and technical memos for public-sector clientsMap institutional barriers and policy misalignments across multimodal trade corridorsMonitor developments in regional economic integration, customs modernization, and digital trade ecosystemsAssist in designing stakeholder consultations and cross-country benchmarking studiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations to governments and DFIsQualificationsDegree in International Trade, Development Economics, Public Policy, or a related field2–5 years of experience in trade policy analysis, infrastructure advisory, or multilateral development projectsFamiliarity with Latin American trade blocs, regulatory systems, or port logistics is an assetStrong policy research and writing skills in EnglishExperience with donor-funded or regional integration projects is highly valuedKnowledge of intermodal transport or digital customs tools is a plusApplication ProcessPlease apply with your CV and a short cover letter via LinkedIn.
