Job Description

Principal Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end trade lifecycle support (from inception to expiry) across Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, and Options products for Asia Pacific region.Ensure accurate trade validation and timely settlement of all relevant trades in systems such as Murex and Front Arena.Perform fixing procedures in Murex and Front Arena, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Authorize payments and receipts related to Treasury products, ensuring proper controls and approvals are in place.Liaise with counterparties and local GFM Operations teams on settlement and fixing activities.Monitor and manage the end-to-end payment process, including exception handling, unmatched/alleged trades, follow-ups, and escalations where necessary.Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and trade exceptions within stipulated turnaround times.Manage all inquiries (email or SWIFT) related to pre- and post-trade activities in a timely and professional manner.Participate in critical initiatives, process improvements, and automation projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.Conduct data analysis and problem solving at SME level to identify trends, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency.Proactively explore data discovery and insights to support business decision-making.
