Trade Support Analyst (Equity Swaps SME) - Hedge Fund – Up to £150k TC (+ sign-on bonus)

A leading European hedge fund, with recent market leading performance and exponential growth, are looking to make a new created hire specific to its equities business.We are hiring an equity swaps SME remit, to work alongside a more senior SME (who is currently stand-alone in London), with remit to focus on everything post-execution. The new hire will ‘take weight’ off the more senior team member (tasks that he will train the hire to take on) + he/she will be the first point of contact / a point of escalation for multiple internal & external stakeholders + managing key service providers, most notably prime broker relationships, all specific to European equity swaps trading. Responsibilities extend to partnering the business & technology on product enhancements & working with wider senior management on new business opportunities. The role provides unrivalled access & exposure to leading equity portfolio managers / traders.Candidates should have 2-5yrs experience in an IB prime brokerage or equities trade support team, or a hedge fund operations / trade support / middle office role. Naturally, candidates should have extensive knowledge / experience in equity swaps. Strong academic profiles are considered a pre-requisite. Any Python/VBA/SQL skills are beneficial.The role is targeted to pay a year one TC of up to £150k for a strong performer. The successful hire will also receive an attractive sign on bonus that will more than make up for any loss of earnings resigning pre-bonus.
