On behalf of our Client, a well-established Investment firm (CySEC), GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Trader Russian Speaker CySEC Certificate (Advanced) is required to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Trader Russian Speaker role to be based in Limassol (working hours morning and afternoon shifts).MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Trade Execution & SupportExecute client orders accurately across various asset classes: listed options, equities, FX, fixed income, futures (primarily E-mini S&P 500 F&O).Open and manage positions based on verbal or written instructions (e.g., via chat).Understand and apply common option strategies (e.g., bull/bear spreads, butterfly, iron condor) using platforms such as CQG.Execution of trades upon request across various other trading platforms, such as vTrader, Bloomberg and other.2. Platform Monitoring & Risk AwarenessMonitor client exposures, working orders, and position construction throughout the trading day.Understand and interpret platform data (CQG and other), and be familiar with the key components of the software relevant to execution and monitoring.Maintain awareness of net risk, PnL exposure, and potential vulnerabilities from unhedged positions, and act to hedge them when necessary.Set risk limits (in coordination with senior staff).3. End-of-Day ResponsibilitiesVerify that all open positions are hedged or closed where required.Monitor the options assignment process and hedge risks related to unhedged positions.Flag and escalate any discrepancies or risk issues to senior staff immediately.Assist with reconciliation and ensure handover notes are clearly prepared for the following shift.4. Communication & CoordinationEscalate trade exceptions, settlement issues, and trade rejections to senior staff.Provide trade and financial instrument related information to Back Office and other relevant departmentsCANDIDATE PROFILE• University degree in Finance, Economics or any other relevant field.3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role at a financial institution.CySEC Certificate (Advanced) requiredGood knowledge and experience in using different trading platforms such as CQG, Bloomberg.
