Our mission is to enable everyone to build wealthWe reinvent how trading and investing work by creating exceptional products people love.Fostering a culture of excellence and high velocity is the key to our success.Тoday, we serve over 4.5 million clients, with more than €30 billion in assets under management - a testament to the scale and trust we’ve built in just a few years.The roleWe are looking for Trading Operations Analysts to help us build and maintain Trading Operations processes, ensuring that operations around trading are run effectively and efficiently to deliver a seamless customer experience.Responsibilities span a range of topics in the trading journey: from solving complex cases to maintaining the instruments customers can trade, and ensuring a constant feedback loop between the customer support and development teams.What You'll DoExecute and monitor essential daily and event-driven operational processes related to trading and taxation operationsManage instruments in the app in collaboration with the Corporate Actions and Trading teamsCollaborate with the Product and the Customer Service teams to improve features in the appCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures SOPs and control frameworksServe as the internal subject matter expert for complex operational and instruments availability queries escalated by frontline teamsMonitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptlyContribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team membersWhat You Need To HaveUndergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldGreat problem-solving skills to find smart and practical solutionsExperience with process design and process managementExcellent analytical, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamNice to haveExperience with Trading and Instruments managementKnowledge of the German language (fluent or C1)Knowledge of SQLWhat we offerChallenges that will help you grow and realize your potential fast.
